09:30 - 10:15 Stretch & Flow with Rosie

A chilled out yoga class to wake up the body & just breath...

All levels welcome. Good for beginners.

12:00 - 12:45 Super Stretchy Mondays with Jack

A full body stretch. Work on splits, back bends, and all-round flexibility.

All levels welcome.

18:00 - 18:45 Ashtanga with Jack

A set sequence of poses & sun salutations, moving with the breath.

All levels welcome. Good for beginners.

19:00 - 19:45 Handstands & Inversions with Jack

A workshop-like class, focusing on handstand drills & working towards inversions.

Some prior yoga experience helpful, but you certainly don't have to be able to do a handstand.

TUESDAY

07:30 - 08:15 Stretch & Flow with Rosie

A chilled out yoga class to wake up the body & just breath...

All levels welcome. Good for beginners.

18:00 - 18:45 Vinyasa with Rosie

A flowing, all-round yoga class, with a theme or peak pose each week.

All levels welcome.

19:00 - 19:45 Candlelit Yin Yoga with Rosie

A restorative yoga session, holding seated or reclined poses for at least 3 minutes, with props & blankets.

All levels welcome.

WEDNESDAY

08:00 - 08:45 Wakeup Ashtanga with Kate

A set sequence of poses & sun salutations, moving with the breath.

All levels welcome. Good for beginners.

12:00 - 12:45 Calisthenics-Inspired Yoga with Jack

Jack's signature class, helping build strength & mobility in your yoga practice.

Some prior yoga experience helpful but not necessary.

18:30 - 19:15 Ashtanga Vinyasa with Kate

Combining the precision & order of Ashtanga with the flowing, sometimes challenging style of Vinyasa.

Some prior yoga experience helpful but not essential.

HOW DOES AN ONLINE YOGA CLASS WORK?

When you book a class, you will immediately receive a link to the Zoom meeting via email

(if you don't already have a Zoom account you can log-in using Facebook).

When it's time for the class, click the link & enter the waiting room.

The teacher will admit you & the class will begin. You can communicate with the teacher throughout the class,

and if you switch your camera on you can receive adjustments.

THURSDAY

08:00 - 08:45 Stretch & Flow with Rosie

18:30 - 19:15 Calisthenics-Inspired Yoga with Jack

Jack's signature class, helping build strength & mobility in your yoga practice.

Some prior yoga experience helpful but not necessary.

20:15 - 21:00 Bedtime Reiki-Infused Yin with Georgina

A restorative yoga session, holding seated or reclined poses for at least 3 minutes,

with the addition of distance reiki healing for an even more therapeutic practice.

Limited places. All levels welcome.

FRIDAY

09:30 - 10:15 Flexible Fridays with Rosie

A full body stretch. Work on splits, back bends, and all-round flexibility.

All levels welcome.

12:00 - 12:45 Ashtanga with Jack

SATURDAY

10:00 - 10:45 Vinyasa with Rosie

A flowing, all-round yoga class, with a theme or peak pose each week.

A flowing, all-round yoga class, with a theme or peak pose each week.
