IN-STUDIO & ONLINE - Jack's Signature Class

A hybrid of stretching & mobility work, followed by Jack's calisthenics-inspired yoga flows for strength.

 

THURSDAY

07:15 - 08:00
ONLINE - Rosie's Yin & Yang Yoga

Start by holding deeper stretches for 1-2 minutes, followed by energising flows to wake up the body.

 

FRIDAY

Pre-recorded
ONLINE - Ashtanga-style with Jack

A members-only class uploaded directly to the private Facebook members group every Friday.

 

SATURDAY

A flowing, all-levels class, moving through creative sequences towards a different peak pose each week.

A workshop-style class to help you build the strength, mobility & stability required for hand balances.
