JACK

Jack came to yoga from a sports background, after more than 10 years as a personal trainer & kids' coach. Craving a more spiritual outlet for his energy, Jack discovered Ashtanga & quickly made it a part of his daily routine.
His teaching style is energetic & strength-based. Using his immense knowledge of human anatomy, Jack will push you to achieve your potential in a safe & alignment-focused way.
ROSIE

Representing a calmer side of yoga, Rosie grew up with a yoga teacher Dad, practicing Hatha & gentler styles since childhood. After stumbling upon Ashtanga in her early twenties, a newfound passion for a stronger physical practice was born.
Rosie’s teaching style is chilled-out with a heavy focus on the breath. But don’t let her laid-back nature fool you, she’ll get you strong & flexible in no time!
