Run by Jack & Rosie, who have between them more than 15 years experience in the fitness & wellness industry. Our approach to yoga is alignment-focused, suitable for the modern body, whatever your age or limitations.


Our classes will help you build practical strength & flexibility to benefit your body for years to come & help prevent injury. Every pose has a purpose, every movement is functional & every exercise can be applied to your daily life. This is a western-style of yoga; an antidote to modern life and the stresses that come along with it.

Our community is a calm & friendly place, free from judgement & expectation, where you can develop your own unique yoga practice, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself along the way.
